After Pool Party Clean Up

It was fun playing in the pool with family and friends this Labor Day weekend but did you notice the cloudy water the next day?… GROSS! Time to clean up ASAP!
Here is a quick after pool party clean up checklist…
1.) Test the water. Make sure the levels are where they should be.
2.) Run the pump. This helps get debris out of the pool and circulates fresh pool water.
3.) Get the hose. Spray the area surrounding the pool to get rid of dirt, spilled drinks, and food.
4.) Brush the walls and bottom. Brushing helps get rid of dirt, debris, and algae.
5.) Shock the pool. Shocking the pool helps reduce bacteria and other contaminants.
6.) Clean surrounding area. Make sure all trash, food, and anything else is cleaned up.
7.) Call the pool guy. Hire a professional to do a thorough check.
